3rd School Text Recital Competition 2020 (Finals)
2020 is the 3rd year of collaboration with the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL) and the Singapore Chinese Teachers Literary Recital Society to hold the 3rd School Text Recital Competition. The competition aims to raise students’ Chinese Language reading proficiency, ignite their love for learning the Chinese Language and deepen their understanding of the Chinese texts found in their textbooks.
Student Achievements (Preliminary Round)
For both the preliminary and final rounds, the judges met virtually and studied the videos of participants reciting passages from the school textbooks.
We are pleased to inform that Wong Bohui (P5.4) did the school proud by winning the Gold Award in the Primary School Upper Primary Category. Liao Weijie (P4.4) won the Silver Award in the same category. Congratulations to Wei Jie and Bohui!
Student Achievements (Finals)
The panel of judges met virtually again on 18 July to finalise the top three winners for the different categories, based on videos of participants reciting passages from the school textbooks. We are delighted to announce that Wong Bohui (P5.4) won the Third Prize in the Primary School Upper Primary Category with his wonderful performance.
