Mother Tongue Fortnight (Dwi Mingguan Bahasa)
The Mother Tongue Fortnight Programme is a pivotal event
aimed at nurturing students’ love for the Malay language and fostering
a deep appreciation for Malay culture. Designed to provide authentic and
joyful learning experiences, the programme offers Malay language students
a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a wide range of language
and cultural activities.
Through these enriching experiences, students gain a comprehensive understanding of the rich cultural heritage of the Malay community. The programme plays a crucial role in helping students stay connected to their roots while promoting the continued use and appreciation of the Malay language and culture.

Extensive Reading Programme (Program Bacaan Luas)
The programme aims to foster interest in reading among our students.
Students have the opportunity to explore reading in different platform
such as e-book, storybook apps and magazines. Through reading extensively,
students will be able to increase their vocabulary and knowledge.

Cultural Performance Exposure
As part of the Cultural Performance Exposure Scheme (CPES), students attend selected cultural performances to deepen their appreciation of the Malay language and culture. This initiative aims to create meaningful and immersive experiences that spark students’ interest in language learning by connecting them with the rich traditions of cultural performing arts.
By attending these performances, students not only experience the beauty of the arts but also gain a deeper understanding of the cultural context, making language learning more engaging and dynamic.
