Every Andersonian, A Leader

At Anderson Primary, we believe every child can lead — and that leadership is built not just through formal roles, but through everyday actions grounded in character, competence, and consistency. Guided by Treffinger's Levels of Service model, our tiered Leadership Development Framework provides Andersonians with opportunities to discover their strengths, develop key competencies, and lead authentically.

Tier 1: Foundational Leadership (Class Committee)

Student Leadership begins with Class Committee roles, giving every student the opportunity to lead, serve, and develop confidence, teamwork, and responsibility, laying a strong foundation for future leadership development.

Tier 2: Emerging Leaders (Student Leaders Council)

Primary 4 to 6 students who show good character, readiness to serve, and the ability to lead with integrity while upholding school values.

Tier 3: Strategic Leaders (Student Leaders Exco)

A select group of student leaders who drive school-wide initiatives, mentor peers, and represent the student voice. They model maturity, initiative, and service, shaping school culture and leaving a lasting impact on the community.
